Latchfast is run out of York, working with UK service businesses that live or die by how fast they respond to a new enquiry. It started with mortgage brokers — an industry where a lead often speaks to three advisers before anyone from the first firm calls back — and is expanding into trades, dental practices and salons, where the same problem shows up in missed calls and no-show reviews rather than online forms.
