Latchfast is run out of York, working with UK service businesses that live or die by how fast they respond to a new enquiry. It started with mortgage brokers, an industry where a lead often speaks to three advisers before anyone from the first firm calls back. It's now expanding into trades, dental practices and salons, where the same problem shows up in missed calls and no-show reviews rather than online forms.
