/  How it works

No software to learn. No new habits.

We build the system around how you already work. You keep taking calls and appointments; the automation handles the chasing.

1

A lead comes in

A prospect fills in a form on your website, messages you on Facebook, or calls and doesn't get through.

2

Latchfast texts or calls instantly

Within 60 seconds, day or night, the lead gets a reply in your name — acknowledging their enquiry and moving the conversation forward.

3

You get notified

You see the enquiry and the automatic reply as it happens, so you can step in and take over whenever you're ready.

4

The lead is logged in one place

Every enquiry, call and reply lands in a single record, so nothing gets lost across phone, email and social messages.

5

Follow-up sequence Optional

If the lead goes quiet, a short follow-up sequence checks back in over the following days so fewer enquiries go cold.

 /  Why speed matters

The research behind speed-to-lead.

This isn't a Latchfast claim — it's a widely cited, peer-reviewed study on business-to-consumer sales leads.

Researchers analysed over 15,000 sales leads across 43 US companies and found that firms which attempted to contact a lead within an hour of it arriving were nearly 7 times more likely to qualify that lead than firms that waited even one hour longer — and more than 60 times more likely than firms that waited 24 hours or longer. The study also found that the odds of successfully making contact with a lead fall sharply after the first five minutes.

This chart illustrates that one published study, not Latchfast's own client results. We don't yet have published performance data of our own — see our founding client terms for why.
